No, I haven't been to see Spectre

I'll spare you the long 'unpopular opinions on popculture' post I've been half-drafting in my head because it was so negative. But part of it was about how I've had to explain to a lot of people offline that no, actually I haven’t been to see the latest Bond film, for a combination of reasons, even though I generally love spy movies.

Anyway, thanks to someone on my reading circle, here's part of the reason for the antipathy towards Bond: Feminist Bond Girl (it gave me a laugh, anyway).
