I must give season four a go sometime.
I'd definitely say it's worth it. It's not entirely drama free - they deal with Ryan, Julie, Kaitlin and Summer's grief - and, hey, it's The OC, but it's much more light-hearted.
Marissa was easily my least favourite character on the show.
