Perfect Ron Swanson vs. Jam plot, from the skimmed milk rant to the disgust at being labelled a vegetarian. And sweet Andy was astute enough to see that Ron was fathering April and Tom (again). It was satisfying that they Jammed Jam for him, setting all of how that really wouldn’t work aside.
Still a bit dubious about Ann and Chris having a child together, after all that, myself.
But Ben in Partridge, with Leslie being so enthusiastic about him getting closure was something I was glad to see. It feels like high time we saw Ben’s sister, even if she didn’t leave much of a mark. JK Simmons as the current mayor was class, though. Partridge did seem resentful and lame, but Ben has Pawnee now. Also Ben stoned out of his gourd and loved up was amusing.

That final scene was brilliant, Ron Swanson...ingesting a banana.
Meanwhile Leslie and April (and Chris) took on Jam again, this time over the field of animal control. In fairness, it wasn’t so much that April wasn’t ready as that the questions were utterly hostile, but despite herself, the girl got the position she was totally qualified for.
Meanwhile, the bros prostrated themselves (although Andy’s apology was a masterful non-apology) before disgusting Dennis. And despite the Rolexus thing, Tom is a sweet idiot, not a heartless one.
But the best was Sick!Ron and bustling, righteous Ann trying to get him to take care of himself, plus the medical history.
I'm not sure whether to give Rashida Jones's new show 'Angie Tribeca' a try. The slot is counting against it for me, although the premise suggests that having it follow B99 is a good idea, but I'm already catching up on B99.

Yes, trust a man who tells you to ‘admit’ to an affair because it’s a controlled explosion, when giving Abigail’s name to that man led to her death, Nick, GOOD IDEA.
And his giving up Julia’s name led to me being very worried about her. It felt like she was lucky she just got demoted. She’s an interesting mix of journalist (if a bit of a rubbish one: other newspapers are her main source after 20+ years and she can’t hide her traces?) and best friend.
Sophie Okenedo was amazing as Maya as her life became full of explosions: epilepsy, her husband having an affair and not being the man she thought he was, joining dots about the establishment and Michael’s death, Abigail being her witness and her husband really not being the man she thought he was, not to mention that her client is about to be executed again.
Lovely to see Clem step up as the older sister. The kids are an interesting age, on the verge of becoming adults, although we had a teenage tantrum and the son will always be childlike and devastatingly so. This is the family that Nick has made.
With all the tensions of the present day, the flashbacks were a bit less impactful, apart from Nick getting Michael’s mother to move in with them, obviously under instructions (Maya didn't reference Stephen Lawrence without writerly cause), when Maya was trying to tell him she was pregnant. But I was noticing stuff like that they'd given Vincent Regan a dye job for the past.
Him off The Night Manager is the Minister of Justice? Well held back, show. I mean, he obviously had some power and authority.
Can Maya change the world? Well, she’s started to get a good idea of the shape of things.
