Fanvid and fanfiction recs in the following fandoms: The Fall (film), Ghosts, Fairy Tales (Golden Age 1001 Nights Illustrations) and Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The Fall
a strange pair: turquoisetumult (Roy & Alexandria)
This vid conveys the story of their relationship so, so powerfully. (It uses dialogue and audio from the film over an instrumental track, which I thought worked wonderfully here.)
Ghosts
And Just Turn Off The Lights: stardustrain (ensemble, gen, spoilers up to s3 Christmas special)

Golden Age 1001 Nights Illustrations
The Tale of Rasul and Rawyia: psychomachia (gen)
I didn't know this story at all, and it was captivating. The tone, what another commenter described as ‘that bare, sparse sense of old oral traditions’ was pitch perfect.
MCU
Nine Hundred: supermagpie (Sif/Loki, OMC, long, post Avengers)
This made me cry, and I'm not a crier, but SIF! It's got restraint, because she's trying to be stoic, a vibrant child character in Ullr, and a believable redemption arc for Loki. (Just a couple of SPAG issues.)
Only Forever: liveyourownstory (Peggy/Steve domestic fluff, AU when written, but post Endgame…)
This is great. The lived-in details bring it all to life and I adore the dynamic between Peggy and Steve.
