A little bit about Ghosts
Ghosts - 5.3 Pineapple Day
Very heartwarming - they even redeemed Eleanor! And to get Alison and Mike’s neighbour on board with selling some land and taking a fair share of the (sigh) golf course. (Fairish, they seem to be selling way more land than he does.) I’m left wondering how sneaky Mike was if he’d got the Wagon Wheel from his pocket.
Meanwhile, Lady Button did tell Alison she was proud of her in a totally IC way. I enjoyed most of the male ghosts turning detective to try to find out how Kitty died, and the moment where she pointed out that without Eleanor, there’d be no Alison (and Fanny realised no her) was genuinely touching.
It was so well crafted, too, from Kitty deciding she was Spider-Man, now, because of that fatal spider bit, to the blue plaque resolution with cake! (That isn’t a real TV show, is it? No TV executive has actually come up with this Deal or No Deal mash up with The Great British Bake-off, right?)
