12 Dancing Princesses
Step ball change: ohtempora (gen)
Very apt eeriness and mystery to this evocative modern-day retelling.
The Bourne Legacy
Sick Day : florahart (Aaron/Marta, with a little Jason, long, teen, h/c)
Perfectly described and full of feels as Aaron gets sick, freaks out and works through it with a little help. (Some weirdness with punctuation.)
Brooklyn Nine-Nine
I’ll cross the street (when I know the time is right: Birdbox (Amy/Jake, Amy/Teddy, post season 1 ficlet)
Summary: Jake is on assignment and Amy sees a ghost.
I loved the perfectly pitched emotional quality of this.
The Lake House
At Last: Jedi Buttercup (Alex/Kate, Alex’s POV)
This beautifully answers a few questions that occurred to me after the film ended. I like Alex's voice here.
Veronica Mars
Madison Sinclair, This Is Your Life (Backwards and In Technicolor): igrockspock (Madison, gen, teen)
This balances the tensions inherent in Madison's character, in the situation and in her relationships with her family so well. I'm also a sucker for fics with such a strong structure.
