On Monday, I went to see The Hunger Games - Catching Fire. I haven't read the books, so I'm a movieverse fan. I choked up three times ( spoiler )

, was perhaps not as struck as when I saw the first film, but I think that's down to it being a sequel. I have a fuller (lengthy) review that I may or may not post, but if anyone wants to chat about it in the comments, feel free.

Last Tango in Halifax is back for its second series, and last night I caught up on the first episode just in time to watch the second live.

Afterwards, though, I wondered if I’m really bothered enough with the characters and what they're going through to keep up with this show, compared with how invested I am, despite myself, in The Mentalist and how excited I am by Person of Interest and Borgen.
