TWW: Fiction, fiction, fiction
Nov. 7th, 2024 08:27 amI watched these two episodes last week and would have posted this over the weekend, before You Know What happened, but I was posting about Strictly. I will say I absolutely blew up out of all proportion when It Takes Two announced the return of the Danceathon on the show. I think it’s a terrible idea, I can tell you right now that Aljiaz and Tasha will get full marks and Chris and Dianne will get the lowest marks, but that’s just five minutes of ‘chaos as entertainment’. I was not really angry about it. I haven't felt able to comment on the sad and angry posts appearing on my friends page as someone who is not from the USA.

Feeling Fine The O.C., G/Universal. Kaitlin Cooper, Drabble. Summary: Mothers and daughters. Spoilers for ep 4.07. The Christmukk-huh? (March 2007)
I am reassured that AO3 has it at 100 words, as did I when I counted each one out – Word said it was 99. No editing required, although I don’t love the title. It’s from spring 2007, when The OC’s fourth season (the only one I have on DVD) kept inspiring fanfiction. If it were as easy to repost all my fics as that was, I would have caught up by now.

I was going to watch the next episode of Cardiac Arrest, but it’s vanished from iPlayer. Grr. It’s my fault for not paying more attention when I had iPlayer open on the laptop, where I can see for how long a programme is available. Oddly, ‘Jed Mercurio Remembers Cardiac Arrest’ was still available, so I watched that. It’s a brief intro by someone associated with an old BBC show that gets shown on BBC4.
