War and Peace - episode one

I belong to that large group of people who haven’t read War and Peace. I read Anna Karenina in my late teens and hated it.

So, I thought I’d watch this canny big-budget adaptation. I say canny, because people who haven’t read the book may well give it a try :) ( War and Peace, episode one )
