There were all kinds of ironies to writing about life online – I’m a relative Luddite who hadn’t even considered how the use of hashtags would render on Livejournal, perhaps you can tell. And I was polishing it with fandom’s meta swirling about, and more seriously stories about the impact of access to very disturbing material on vulnerable young people’s mental health.

But there's not getting away from the fact that my ficlet is about Jane getting it on with the hot man who thinks she’s great.
