Fundamentals of Chemistry: fearlessfan (Annie/Troy, set during season 1, long)
This is wonderful! Everyone is so in character, from a charming Annie and Troy on. I don't even ship them, because I always bought Annie moving on as a sign of growth, but this is a very beguiling look at what if she didn't, couldn't. The various interactions, cameos and Greendale chaos make a perfect backdrop to a sweet romance.
Ever After
The Star to Every Wand’ring Bark: Perri Smith (Gen, Danielle/Henry, Jacqueline/Laurent, missing scenes)
So satisfying to read about Danielle taking the steps to her happy ending with Henry’s love and support. I loved how it brought Jacqueline in, in particular. (Some SPAG errors.)
Killing Eve
Tempt My Trouble: AurumCalendula (Eve/Villanelle, spoilers up to series 2, I think)
I was left stunned by the paralleling and echoing in this fanvid, and the way the perfect level of tension between them it maintained throughout. Bravo.
Marvel Cinematic Universe
Hell Bent for Her: shorti (part 5 of ‘The Spirit and the Shield’, I’ve previously recced earlier parts, Steve/Maria)
Insightful, as ever, and Natasha is great around both Steve and Maria and intriguing in this. Works best if read in the context of the whole series, I think.
Webs We Are Loath to Weave: shorti (Part 6 of ‘The Spirit and the Shield’, Maria/Steve, Maria & Natasha)
Continues to be a great portrait of Maria, loved seeing her interaction with the other women, and the Maria/Steve is so great, the impact they have on each other.
Unless if I hit a duff streak, it shouldn't be long before I'm posting more recs.
