The not spoiling is hugely appreciated :) I haven't seen the finale yet and don't expect to be able to until some point tomorrow.
As for the 'Home Office', yes, lots of potential. I agree that it'd be good if new operatives had more nuances - in fairness, Owen always has what he went through as a child to motivate him, but so far, Tamara hasn't even got that, makes Emma look too good and Neal a bit stupid. The only potential snag if they do introduce more operatives as characters, is that it probably will mean even less development for characters I'm already inversted in, which has always been a problem with a show of this nature.
