First, I now own Arrested Development on DVD (yay! I have watched all three seasons on borrowed DVDs, but given that the fourth season will soon appear, I decided I'd take advantage of Christmas generosity this way.)
Second, I've just caught up on Miranda. Here are my thoughts on series 3 so far.
3.01 It was panning

I thought this after the first two series, but even more so after the last ep - I could stand to read an analysis of how Miranda is in the lineage of Bridget Jones - it's not the only obvious influend, of course, but still. And it's proof that the comedy of failing to be a competent modern sophisticated woman isn't mined nearly enough. And not honestly enough either.
