On Sunday, I posted Vox, an original ficlet written for the prompt ‘hearing your voice again after so long’. The idea came along with original characters. At one point, I thought about gender flipping then, but this was after I’d named the protagonist and I liked the description of the object of his affection’s voice too much to change it. I deliberately avoided visual descriptions in it.
