Alice (2009)
Even Mollusks Have Weddings: Argyle (Hatter/Alice, ER)
Great Hatter voice, and I liked the picture that's built of him being aware of all that he's been granted, but hyper aware of the cost of it. (I think I was expecting a different resolution, or more resolution, though.)
Buffy the Vampire Slayer/Mr and Mrs Smith (film)
Requesting the Honor of Your Presence: jedibuttercup (Faith, Jane Smith, post ‘Chosen’)
Really fun twist on the classic crossover set-up. The post 'Chosen' world and Faith's place in it are sketched out well. Feels the beginning of a beautiful (dangerous) friendship...
Dirty Dancing
DJ Got Us Fallin In Love: Dirty Diana (Baby/Johnny)
Loved the flow of this dance vid; has some very nice moments and connections going on.
Marvel Cinematic Universe
Thor: The Dark World
Constancy: Barkour (Sif/Loki, long, I’d rate it teen given the violence)
Gorgeous writing. There’s so much depth to Sif here as she is denied a simpler grief for so many complexities. Very well done.
Once Upon a Time
If Horses Were Wishes: misbegotten (Rumpelstiltskin/Belle, Western AU)
The translation into this AU works so well, Gold's magical ability with horses, Belle's personality, and there’s fun with the power dynamics.
Push
open problem: jonesandashes (gen, Nick, Cassie, Cassie’s mom)
Really interesting take on what could happen next. Loved the Nick-Cassie interaction and the inherent tension that he was thinking his own thoughts about Cassie's mom and aware that they’d be different to Cassie's.
