The Bourne movives
Behavioural Software: neonhummingbird (gen, Nicky, Jason, post The Bourne Supremacy, jossed by Ultimatum)
Gripping story about a plausible aftermath for Nicky.
Dawson's Creek
and I can almost see: finkpishnets (Joey/Pacey, soulmate-identifying mark, AU of season 3.)
Because this fandom should have soultmate identifying mark fic. Joey over-thinks it all, of course.
She knows it like she knows the steps between her house and Dawson’s window, or every line of E.T., or when Pacey’s going to drop a smartass comment to ruin any semblance of a meaningful moment.
ER
Let the Rest of the World Go By: anxietygrrl (Neela/Ray, WW1 AU.)
Lovely and fitting transplantation of Neela and her co-workers into this period. Not to mention the Neela/Ray.
Fairy Tales
Invisible: miss_lanyon (het, teen, long)
A very, very good retelling of Beauty and the Beast. The (invisible) servant’s voice and the slow reveal of the enchantment draw you into a well-thought-through, layered story with distinctive characters and subtle twists on elements of the fairy story. It’s a compliment to say I could have read so much more of it.
Firefly/Serenity
Adrift: lulabo (Zoe/Wash, crew, post-Serenity the movie)
My eyes were not dry at the end of this. Bittersweet and poignant, and adeptly done.
Harry Potter
Tomato Soup: Leigh (Percy/Penelope ficlet)
Draws vivid sketches of Percy and Penelope in their families, and makes you glad they found each other.
Inside Out
All this and heaven too: laura47
Lovely and gorgeous vid about Joy and Sadness. Perfect song choice, sensitive editing and BOOM I had something in my eye.
Man of Steel
The World Spins; We Stumble On: thedevilchicken (Clark/Lois)
I really, really liked this fic about Clark realising and dealing with the aftermath of the events of the movie, with Lois alongside him for every step.
Marvel Cinematic Universe
Untitled ficlet for the prompt 'chocolate': liseuse (Darcy/Clint)
Banter! 'Nuff said.
Miranda
Do Your Thing: odessie
Such fun. This vid is an absolute bundle of joy and silliness, with sharp editing.
Multifandom
Touch the Sky: cosmic-lling (A Preteen Girls Are Awesome vid)
Love, love, love, LOVE this. So uplifting to see all these girls - from a real variety of sources - being so curious, active and oh so many things.
It's Raining Men (REDO): DreamyViper
Period drama men. Win. (Alan Rickman turns up as Col. Brandon.) H/t to someone on my reading circle.

Lovely little fic about a well-drawn Tim and Dawn's happy ending.

I Of The Storm: mithborien (gen, Nick, Cassie, Kira)
The summary of this vid is ‘Having powers really sucks sometimes’. What it does especially well is tie in Nick’s childhood experiences with his present.
Tomorrowland
Be Home for Christmas: intrikate88 (Athena-Frank friendship - or more)
Charming and clever fic as Athena tries to help Frank celebrate his first Christmas at Tomorrowland.
The West Wing/Avengers
to live life in monotone: soundslikej (gen)
Mike Casper is Phil Coulson is Mike Casper. This great, persuasive story is how. It's been jossed by Agents of SHIELD, but the depiction of the relationship with Fury is great.
