shallowness: Margaret Hale of North and South adaptation sitting at desk writing (Margaret North and South writing)
[personal profile] shallowness
On Sunday (here) and yesterday (ff.net and AO3) I posted four ficlets:

Not Always Alike (Tangled, Rapunzel, OFC, drabble).

Like You Did Last Summer (When I Was on Vacation) (Sky High, ensemble, double drabble).

Never Say There Weren’t Leftovers (BtVS, teen for gore, Drusilla and Darla, Summary: Darla asks Drusilla if she had a good time. This is about her answer.

At this sime (Star Trek: Enterprise, PG, Trip/T’Pol, In dire circumstances, Trip engages in a breach of protocol.

They were all written during the last week of August, as soon as I saw the prompts, which may not be the day the prompts were posted. I’ve been writing more fic, which needs to sit for longer than these four. I don’t love the titles of a couple of them, although that couple changed from Sunday to Monday. The Tangled drabble was nearly a Rapunzel one, but I decided to name Rapunzel’s daughter, and because of the prompt it kind of had to be a drabble. The Sky High fic became a double drabble (according to Microsoft Word) more organically. On a meta note, have I always been the adult playing Twister with this fandom? The Dru ficlet was great fun to write, as it’s from her POV. What does that say about me? The Trip/T’Pol ficlet, I might as well admit, is because I’d been reading an epic (flawed) series for this pairing. It was conceived as being more stark than it turned out to be. Two new fandoms for writing, and the first time I’ve written Dru and Darla.
