I got a DVD of Giles-centric Buffy the Vampire Slayer episodes very cheaply on sale, and have just started watching it. The first episode on it is ‘The Dark Age’ (the script, swoon…) and it left me craving Xander/Cordelia fic and Jenny/Giles, or ideally, an epic Jenny backstory fic, should anyone have any recs.

Among the other things I’ve posted about over the past few months, I’ve been watching Burn Notice season 3 on DVD. It’s almost 10 years old! As it’s got a ‘client of the week’ format, it’s not the easiest show to binge on, so I’ve more or less been watching one episode a week.

So, that was a bit of me clearing the decks. I’m working on other fics, but they’re not ready to post. I considered doing the first sentence from five WIPs meme, but between the fact that with many fics of mine, a sentence is a large portion of the fic, that I’m doubtful I’ll post some of them and that those memes jinx me, I decided not to. However, that led to me doing some editing on another story I hadn’t done anything with this year.

On another topic entirely, Captain Marvel will soon be out. (Please be good. Please be good.) There’s been a LOT going on in the trailers, some of it promising. But the clips of ( spoilers? )

Phew. If I do more shipposting, it's likely to be less extensive.

I'm actually halfway through the next and final disc of episodes because there's been so little TV drama on that I want to watch at the moment. I mean, I've rewatched parts of The Mentalist and NCIS: LA episodes (and programmes about houses, quizzes and the news, which this is not the space for.)

I found the four episodes on this disc much of a muchness quality-wise. I watched it to be amused and ship Taylor/Ryan.
